The Walsh Family have been growing great spuds for over 150 years in the rich red volcanic soil of Trentham, Victoria, Australia. They supply numerous farmers’ markets around Victoria, and the annual Spudfest in Trentham.

They grow many varieties of potato including heirloom varieties.
