Nuggetty Garlic is an artisan-scale family farm located just west of Maldon, in Central Victoria.

Peter Yates and Sue McLeod have been growing and selling as Nuggetty Garlic for ten years now on the shoulder of Mt Tarrengower. Their garlic is a variety called 'Sonoran', that was imported from California more than 30 years ago. It is a strong, pungent garlic and keeps well.

Nuggetty Garlic grows garlic naturally, and it shows in the superb flavour. The cloves go into the ground in Autumn, and are fed with chicken manure and rain until harvest time, in November.

They harvest their crop in early November each year, and plant again in April. They are usually 'in the market' until April or May depending on the season and sales.

No artificial fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides are used in the growing of their product.
