The Jolly Miller story started in Gisborne in the 1990s. There are now Jolly Miller café patisseries across the state offering quality barista made coffee, wholesome food and delicious pastries and the most delicious of homemade cakes.

The menu includes a large plant-based/vegan section, and includes gluten free options.

A mouth watering Cauliflower steak was on offer during World Vegan Month in 2021 (November) in the Jolly Miller cafe, Gisborne.
